Hi just got my 24 seven slacker really pleased with it but took it down the track the other day and after a while something went wrong. Now whenever I turn the cranks they get all stiff at one point and the chain tension gets tighter. Is it the bb axle or sprocket. anyone know how to fix it or had this problem

Yeah i used to get that tightening on my 24 seven, think its to do with the bolt that holds the chainring on the cranks, try taking them off and making sure it all squares up. If its not that maybe its the bearings in the sprocket in your rear hub. Are you running all 24 seven parts?

i took the cranks off and the axle in the bb out.i don't think the axle is bent.then i took the sprocket off and it is really worn down around the hole in the middle. would this be the problem?

The chainring must be perfectly central when you tighten it up on the cranks otherwise it will cause the chain tension to be tight then loose.
